About You:
You are an experienced commercial lawyer who has had good exposure to employment and HR matters
You have experience managing complex employment law matters and complaints from staff and have the ability to influence, negotiate and simplify complex legal matters

You have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
You have a minimum of 7 years' experience
