Key Activities

•Overseeing the management and maintenance of Arts Alive’s unique booking system, Versolo, for student matinees and workshops, including the conversion of data in Excel;
• Liaising with the system developer to oversee Versolo’s continual improvement;
• Collaborating on the Processing of school bookings for student matinees and workshops, including the provision of front-line client service;
• Collaborating on Management of the Arts Alive email account, including responding to inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution;
• Overseeing Arts Alive’s internal and external reporting requirements and data collection;
• Overseeing and, where applicable, developing Arts Alive’s administrative processes;
