Reporting to Manager Fragrance of the company, you are responsible for a client portfolio in South America Region. You will be part of Argeville development and growth.
Account management
Acquire new customers and define their potential in alignment with the corporate strategy
Anticipate clients’ needs with proactive proposals
Launch internal studies requested by the clients and ensure respecting the guidelines
Project management – guarantee the appropriate resources allocation
Work closely with the project key stakeholders: Evaluation, Perfumers, Marketing etc.
Analyse the clients’ feedback in order to meet their expectations
Ensure the clients’ satisfaction during the entire development process
