Description The Shift Manager is operations leadership position responsible for managing shift operations at a delivery station with a primary focus on safety and productivity. This role leads teams of Associates to achieve operational targets while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position requires working rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. During Peak Events (High Season), this role is required to work on weekends and holidays, including night shifts to ensure the execution of plans.
