Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day‑to‑day operation of a retail store department.

Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the manager
Delegate tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and following up to ensure proper execution
Foster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processes
