Position Description The ArcGIS Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and support of GIS web and desktop solutions while serving as the primary technical interface with clients. The role drives requirements workshops, oversees AMS and ADS activities, and ensures high‑quality delivery across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
This is an on‑site role in Toronto (4 days per week) working closely with clients and project teams.
Responsibilities
Lead client engagement, requirements workshops, and requirements documentation.
Own and manage AMS and ADS activities for GIS web and desktop applications and related extensions.
Lead and manage GIS development teams delivering enhancements and new capabilities.
Perform project planning activities including scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.
Design and implement GIS solutions and geodatabases across multiple formats.
