Description

:This course covers oral and written appellate advocacy. It is part of the Bundle of Advocacy Courses, and it will be offered in a brief lecture format with demonstrations. The course emphasis will be on practical how to exercises done by students. Working alone and in pairs, students will undertake various advocacy exercises largely related to topics covered in the law of evidence and other advocacy bundle courses.
