:This course introduces students to the range of key legal and practical issues relating to running a law practice/firm. The course will provide an introduction to key aspects of operating a practice, whether as a sole practitioner, employee/associate, or partner, including financial statements, cash flow, time management, Law Society requirements, marketing, IT, and human resources.
