Responsibilities

• Equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments
• Monitor and inspect the material's quality.
• Fill mixing machines with weighed materials.
• Mix plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity using a mixing machine.
• Load the mixture into a container or onto a conveyor for further processing.
• Items should be packed for shipping and distribution.
• Set up and operate one or more moulding machines for the production of plastic products.
• Prepare and change molds, as well as adjust equipment for a change in the production line.
• To mix resin batches for the injection moulding process, use the formulation card.
• Inventory management and organization
• Trimming and sanding of plastic or fiberglass parts
