Reporting to the CIO, the Applications Systems Analyst supports and enhances core business applications across college departments.
Responsibilities
Act as a functional expert, providing support for Student Information System (SIS), CRM, HR/Finance/Payroll, advancement platforms, and other third‑party or cloud‑based tools.
Maintain and improve core applications, applying technology and business solutions to meet organizational needs.
Manage integrations and work with SQL or similar tools to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Deliver training, user support, and onsite assistance across campus locations.
Assist in system enhancements and project implementations that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
