Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Engineer to support business‑critical investment applications (RRSP, TFSA, RESP) in a 24/7 production environment. This role focuses on server‑side application support, incident management, release support, and troubleshooting, working closely with internal development teams and a third‑party vendor (Broadridge). This is a high‑impact role supporting systems that directly affect branch operations and investment trading. We are looking for candidates who have experience supporting critical, customer‑facing systems ideally in Banking/Financial services and/or Wealth Management.
