Create, execute, maintain manual and automated tests (in Ranorex and/or other auto web test tools).
Field technical Level 3 Support escalations via SFL in a timely and professional manner
Replicate, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues. Triage, log, and escalate to Development when necessary.
