About This Opportunity

  • Lead enterprise-scale application rationalization initiatives using the 6R framework (rehost, replatform, refactor, rearchitect, repurchase, retire)
  • Develop and manage application rationalization scorecards , including scoring models, weighting, and governance
  • Conduct application portfolio assessments across large environments, aligning to business and technical objectives
  • Segment applications into complexity tiers (low/medium/high) and define appropriate migration strategies
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture business context, usage patterns, and criticality
  • Perform end-to-end dependency mapping (application-to-application, infrastructure, and services)
  • Reconcile tool-generated discovery data with stakeholder input to ensure accurate migration planning
