Product Advice: Provide customer with assistance for product selection for unique, special, or technical applications.
Application Review: Review customer specifications and determine Regal Rexnord’s ability to meet the requirements.
Quote support: Prepare formal proposals covering the correct application for assigned products for inquiries requiring standard, modified, or special products to meet customer specifications and/or requirements.
Training: Provide customers with technical support and (new) product presentations and training at customer locations.
Premium Service & On site Support: Product Identification and Selection, Conveyor Installation support & Conveyor Trouble Shooting (technical and hands-on)
