This role sits within a major infrastructure delivery environment supporting large-scale road and transport programs across the South Coast region.
You will work within a governance team supporting program reporting, financial tracking and project oversight across multiple high-profile initiatives.
As the AO5 Governance Advisor, you will:
Prepare agendas and minutes for program boards and leadership meetings
Analyse financial and risk data to support governance reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
Support monthly program reporting using 3PCM
Provide governance advice to project and program teams
Assist with reporting to Federal Government stakeholders
Support tracking of election commitments and program performance
