We are currently seeking a motivated AO3/1 Maintenance Support Officer to join a well-regarded State Government department based in Cannon Hill. This is an exciting opportunity offering an immediate start through to June 6, with potential for extension.
Position Overview:
Provide high-quality call centre support, handling inbound enquiries and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Undertake administrative duties including data entry, document management, and general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards, workflows, and processes.
No direct reports: however, the role requires strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support colleagues and management.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Previous call centre experience in a fast-paced environment.
