Performs routine QC testing on raw materials and finished products using basic instrumentation techniques (e.g., HPLC, UPLC, UV-VIS) and other analytical equipment, following established regulations (GMP and ICH).
Assists in investigating analytical method failures under the guidance of the Scientific Officer and/or Laboratory Manager, contributing to root cause analysis when needed.
Conducts USP Compendial testing and other standard compendial tests as required, focusing on routine or specific tests under supervision.
Documents laboratory activities and maintain records in appropriate logbooks, files, and equipment calibration logs.
Operates basic laboratory equipment, such as balances, pH meters, hardness testers, Karl Fischer titrators, and dissolution baths, in accordance with laboratory SOPs.
May assist in reviewing peer QC analyst work before submission to Quality Assurance.
