Overview We are currently seeking an Analyst (Co‑op) to join our Valuation & Litigation Support team for a four‑month co‑op term from January 2027 to April 2027. This diverse team of professionals works with clients on valuations for a wide range of purposes and applies analytical and technical skills, as well as professional judgement, to measure the value of business operations and intangible assets. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide independent and reliable business valuations that empower clients to make value‑driven decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities

Participate in business valuations, intellectual property valuations, financial modelling and purchase price allocations to help clients understand the value of their business and its components.

Conduct industry and market research on trends, valuation multiples for relevant public companies and precedent transactions.
