Job Summary Reporting to the Director, HCM and Compensation, the HCM and HR Analyst will deliver operational and service excellence for HR data and system functions. This role primarily supports Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, processing and Human Resource Metrics and Reporting. The analyst will act as the Workday technical user for maintaining the HR system and ensuring data quality.
This highly technical position requires extensive experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building reports within Workday and possess advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Experience with Power BI is considered an asset. The role involves working with complex data sets and requires a strong analytical mindset to support HR operations and reporting needs.
