Analyst, Global Talent Acquisition Assessment

The Talent Acquisition Assessment Analyst will join Bain’s Talent Acquisition Global Assessment Center of Excellence (CoE) supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Bain’s global assessment strategy. This role exists to ensure that Bain’s interview and digital assessments are data‑driven, scalable, and consistently high quality.

The analyst will partner closely with stakeholders across the Global Talent Acquisition team to provide robust assessment reporting and insights, support the evolution of Bain’s interview assessments, including AI‑enabled interview materials and contribute to the advancement of digital assessment tools.
