Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS).
Work primarily on funds focused on Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting Finance in Motion’s investment teams to execute the company’s approach to E&S risk management through the investment cycle. Most investments target financial intermediaries such as banks, microfinance institutions and leasing companies, while a growing share target businesses, corporates and renewable energy projects.
E&S screening of prospective investments against the funds’ eligibility criteria.
Plan and conduct in‑depth E&S due diligence, focusing on investee management policies, practices and capacities.
Negotiate value‑adding E&S action plans with investees.
Write E&S memoranda to support investment proposals and advise decision makers.
