About The Role

In this fast-paced, client-focused role, you’ll partner with Account Managers and Producers to deliver exceptional service and insights across the full lifecycle of employee benefits plans.
What You’ll Do
Prepare reports for new business, renewals, and plan updates
Conduct marketing, including preparing specs, reviewing quotes, and recommending solutions
Analyze data to develop quarterly experience reports and renewal projections
Maintain and update client files in our broker management system (e.g., EPIC)
Support clients via phone or in person with benefit inquiries and complex claims
Troubleshoot issues and help administer clients’ benefit plans
