We are looking for an Analyst, Benefits Consulting to join our team in our Calgary Office.
Role Overview As an Analyst on our Benefits team, you will be responsible for assisting the Benefit Consultants with all client management requirements, focusing on retention of the assigned book of business and supporting business development activities.
Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis of insurance data and cost modeling.
Prepare financial analysis reports and presentations communicating key results to clients.
Maintain strong relationships and participate in negotiations with insurers and partners.
Respond to inquiries from clients and insurers.
Participate in calls and presentations with clients, as appropriate.
Help in developing strategic recommendations for clients and participate in the development of new business.
Take the initiative in the development of internal processes and tools.
