The Analyst, Bank Secrecy (Investigations) is responsible for conducting financial investigations by collecting, evaluating, and analyzing information or evidence related to known or suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, organized crime, and any other financial crime activity to determine if the filing of a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) is required. Such review is required to ascertain the Bank’s compliance with federal regulations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money laundering (AML) and OFAC.
