• Ensures that all payments received from depositories/agents including wires and cheques are processed accurately by end of day.
• Ensures that all SLAs are adhered to, without exception.
• Responsible for prompt escalation of any issues that may cause financial or reputational issues to Scotiabank or its clients.
• Strong data reconciliation abilities via running reports, balancing, and querying large data sets. 
• Ensure the accurate collection, management and timely processing of all Coupon, Interest and Maturity payments and pivots by reviewing online reports/files and processing payments received from depositories and issuers.
