Provide technical support to company users across solutions used, including network, print, desktop, telephony, mobile, and notebooks.
Ensure availability to work during business hours, 100% on-site at Unidade Cotia.
Maintain and create technical procedures in the knowledge base.
Handle ticketing with compliance to SLA metrics, addressing requests quickly and efficiently to ensure user satisfaction.
Control technology assets.
Possess knowledge of user and folder creation in SharePoint and Office 365 management (optional advantage).
Analytical profile required; high demand in the company’s manufacturing activities; must follow company standard operating procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed in certain areas.
