1. Responsible for product registration and configuration of actions and promotions within MK systems, ensuring all files are accurately maintained and aligned with the team (10%).
2. Generates part numbers, BOMs and provides correct category for product entry in the system. Disseminates this information to the MKT Team (update files, communicate BI team and Communications), Supply Chain, IST and Finance teams (10%).
3. Review and validation of marketing materials (such as catalogs, ensuring correct display of launches and products, product codes, prices, promotions, etc.), including e-commerce platforms, Pink Magazine, and any other relevant materials from the marketing area (15%).
4. Responsible for some operational process: vendors registration, product requests and return to inventory, purchase order and payments in general (5%).
