Provide anaesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties (Maxillo Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, Elective, Gynaecology, Breast, Minor Plastics, Urology, Ophthalmology).
Work cohesively with multidisciplinary teams in Recovery and Scrub.
Maintain evidence of continuing professional development.
Adapt to shift and weekend work across all sites in Fife.
Participate in a robust induction program led by Clinical Educators and an Education Coordinator.
Qualifications
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
Experience as an anaesthetic nurse with additional scrub or recovery experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
