About This Opportunity

NOTE: This is an 18-month term position

EDUCATION:

 University graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recognized certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM).

  • ITIL and Lean Six Sigma certifications are an asset. 
  • Courses in Human Resources are an asset. SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (preferred):
  • Employee Central (EC) Core Certification.
  • Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
  • Additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals) are an advantage

    • EXPERIENCE:

     Minimum eight years’ experience in Human Resources technology related project management.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large scale/institutional wide IT projects.
  • Extensive vendor management experience, including:
  • Negotiating contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
