In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating an A-player recruitment pipeline and ensuring all new hires thrive within the corporate culture. Overseeing performance evaluations, managing compliance across jurisdictions, and driving succession planning will be critical to your success as you integrate AML's HR systems in all acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage comprehensive recruiting strategies
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and cultural integration
• Conduct regular performance review sessions and audits
• Equip managers with tools for effective employee evaluation
• Maintain compliance across Canada, US, and UK
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years HR leadership experience, 3 years as Director
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
