Our stores are not merely points for contract acquisition; they serve as the front line of customer engagement that provides cross-sectional access to Rakuten Group services including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience.
This department collaborates with various businesses and services within the Rakuten Group to expand customer value and maximize revenue opportunities originating from our stores.
