About the Role:

As a Lead Alimak Raise Miner at Dumas, you will oversee raise development activities and operate Alimak raise climbers to safely and efficiently complete vertical or inclined raises. This position combines hands‑on operation with leadership responsibilities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Alimak raise climber to drill and blast raises according to the mine plan.
• Supervise and coordinate the raise mining crew to achieve safe and productive results.
