The Mission: To serve as the clinical north star for our practitioners, ensuring every client receives high-integrity healthcare that meets the Align standard and exceeds 2026 KPI benchmarks.
Role in 30 Seconds: You are a master of the Align Clinician Program. You lead the clinical team by example and mentorship. This isn't just a practitioner role; you are the clinical engine responsible for the growth and success of our clinicians and patients. You oversee peer reviews, lead student placements through our UHN partnership, and ensure our treatment plans remain the gold standard in the industry. You own the clinical culture, ensuring every client outcome is optimized.
