Step into a vital role as a Project Administrator at Alamos Gold’s Island Gold Mine in Dubreuilville, Ontario. This 12-month, on-site contract focuses on project coordination and administrative support.
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for key administrative functions including invoice management and project controls support. Your role is crucial in facilitating collaboration across teams and maintaining thorough tracking of project data. You will directly contribute to the success of the ongoing expansion at one of Canada’s premier underground mining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track project invoices and approvals
• Input project expenditures and manage commitments
• Oversee material logistics and documentation
• Update and maintain project registers and spreadsheets
