About The Role Aventyr Security Corporation is building the future of AI‑managed operations. We’re hiring a full‑time AI Automation & Operations Engineer to build intelligent workflows using tools like Crew.ai, and to automate real‑world business processes across scheduling, finance, logistics, and compliance.
You’ll work directly with the founder to prototype, deploy, and scale agent‑based automations that replace manual tasks across the company. You’ll also learn core operational functions (like payroll and invoicing) so you can automate them. This is a role for someone smart, curious, and ruthlessly practical — someone who wants to build systems that run entire businesses, not just apps.
