Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily shop and field service operations
• Manage scheduling and workflow for optimal efficiency
• Ensure work orders are complete and accurate
• Develop processes to enhance service delivery
• Promote high-quality service to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5–10 years’ experience in heavy equipment industry
• Mechanical knowledge in agricultural or heavy equipment
• Previous supervisory experience in a service role
• Robust organizational skills and computer proficiency
