Plan the day to day execution of the Agronomy Department. 

Provide leadership, direction and oversight to agronomy operations, programs and policies to prepare, administer and achieve budgeted goals and objectives. Achieve and maintain sales, margins and inventory targets for existing customers and expand sales to new customers.

Provide leadership to the team, including recruiting, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.

Build strong customer relationships, providing agronomic support, service and knowledge.

Ensure safety and environmental policies and procedures and standards are achieved.

Perform farm customer service responsibilities, including field scouting, agronomic troubleshooting, crop planning, fertility and crop protection recommendations.
