The Field Associate contributes to an R&D Field Trial program in crops such as canola, corn, or soybeans, depending on the region. This 19‑month term position is based out of the Headingly, Manitoba site.
Responsibilities
Ensure safe and efficient operation of the research program in alignment with Bayer’s SSHE and Business Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
Collaborate with project team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by scientists and placement decisions for customers.
Operate research equipment, take notes, and manage data with internal IT systems.
Leverage digital and mechanical platforms to collect, analyze, and deliver data on agronomic traits throughout the growing season.
