Position Description. This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Responsibilities
Drives high‑quality delivery across projects and programs using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methods. Removes obstacles, improves delivery processes, and partners across teams to ensure predictable, transparent outcomes. Operates at an enterprise level, applying expertise to solve complex problems and adapt to changing needs.
Facilitate Discovery, Story Mapping, and Agile ceremonies.
Coach teams and Product Owners on prioritization, estimation, and delivery practices.
Lead planning, refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
Track performance using Agile metrics and maintain JIRA and financial data.
Support solution architecture reviews and vendor/extended team coordination.
