What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Advanced English required.
Successful completion of a four‑year college degree required.
Proven experience working with Python.
Strong understanding of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI‑generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Hands‑on experience with AI‑assistant or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model‑produced code into larger systems.
