Key Activities

Under the direction of the Senior Box Office Coordinator, the Box Office Agent engages with and nurtures relationships with our customers in order to foster long-term loyalty. The Box Office Agent provides gold-standard patron care by handling patrons’ inquiries and helping them find the right tickets or subscription package; by proactively offering information and options to enhance the patrons’ experience; by consistently and accurately recording and using key customer data; and by striving for first contact problem resolution. The Box Office Agent regularly helps patrons resolve issues with accessing and navigating the accounts holding their tickets.

The Box Office Agent maintains up-to-date knowledge of all related tools and systems, with particular focus on Archtics and Tessitura. They are expected to be familiar with the NAC’s facilities , programming, services and policies, to ensure an exceptional patron experience. The Box Offic...
