About the Role

We are looking for an Aftersales Control Specialist to centralize, analyze and manage strategic post‑sales information, ensuring reliable and up‑to‑date data for business decision making. The role involves monitoring performance indicators, profitability margins, sales behaviour, generating key information for internal control and operational growth.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze post‑sales management indicators.
• Track sales margins and business profitability.
• Monitor vehicle retention in workshops and propose improvement actions.
• Analyze spare‑parts and services sales behaviour.
• Evaluate spare‑parts costs, prices, and margins to guarantee business profitability.
• Administer and parameterize spare‑part prices in SAP for assigned brands.
