This Advisor position will play a key role in the strategic financial management of retirement and group benefit plans through the Employee Benefits & Retirement Programs, Centre of Expertise (EBRP COE). The EBRP COE provides administration services to the Health Benefit Trust of Alberta (HBTA), a large Employee Life and Health Trust, providing group benefit coverage to over 40 employers in the health care industry in Alberta. As a member of this high functioning, strategic group benefits and retirement savings programs team, this Advisor position is responsible for providing expert skills and advice on financial services, data analytics, and group benefit plan management to the HBTA, and Health Shared Services. This Advisor position will work collaboratively with the EBRP COE team on projects, review & assess complex program concerns, and devise & implement solutions, and other supports as required to contribute to the overall effective management of these programs.
