Prepare and coordinate the production of presentations for advisors, clients and plan members, in collaboration with various partners (business development and operations sectors)
Work with communications writers and project managers to develop visual brand messaging for plan members, brokers/consultants and clients
Apply accessibility guidelines to communications and brochures
Compile and integrate the comments of various collaborators and perform quality control on the final communication/presentation
Prioritize, plan and coordinate the various presentations and communications projects
Make sure the mandate parameters are understood and that deadlines are always met
Demonstrate creativity in applying corporate graphic standards
