Provides advising services to the engineering students, including engineering transfer and BEng programs.
Maintains the accuracy and completeness of curriculum documentation.
Ensures that approved academic curriculum changes are up to date and communicate changes to faculty, students, college and university transfer programs, and other stakeholders.
Maintain reports on curriculum development and approval process for the department.
Assists department Chair in managing course scheduling and timetabling.
Manages articulation agreements with other institutions.
Performs initial assessment for transfer credits of the transferring students.
Coordinate with TRU’s Co-op Coordinator to ensure 4th year students have met the requirements for their mandatory Co-op year and others students are prepping for their mandatory Co-op terms.
