This senior manufacturing position is accountable for leading the planning, organizing, and controlling of all manufacturing activities and processes necessary to support the delivery of the Phantom Experience to our customers.
This is accomplished by driving a culture of safety, quality (effectiveness), and productivity (efficiency). As a senior technical leader on the Phantom team, the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will provide expertise in achieving corporate and department quality goals, mentor junior engineering staff, consistently demonstrate the organization’s core corporate values, and champion Phantom’s overall strategic vision.
