About This Opportunity

What is the opportunity?An important member of RBC Royal Trust (RT), the Regional Support Administrator is responsible for providing timely, efficient, and accurate support to RT employees within the region. You will be responsible for the control of client files and will provide office support and administrative assistance to ensure optimal day-to-day operations within the region. The physical location for this role can be in either Montreal, Ottawa or Halifax.What will you do?
  • Greet clients at reception, ensuring they are well received by preparing the meeting room before and after each client visit. Coordinate conference room schedules and ensure respect of the room reservations.
  • Scan, sort, and organize incoming mail to respective teams within 24 hours of receipt.
