Office Administrator, supporting Inteforge management team based in Victoria Park office. The role to provide LSL coverage on a fixed term full time basis, from June to mid October 2026. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Administration support to management team
Booking and coordination of employee travel (international and domestic)
Data entry from variety of sources
Assist project team with generation and updating of internal and external reports
Provision of administration support to project team
What you’ll bring:
A minimum of 2 + years in Administration roles within Engineering or Construction industry
Proficient user of Microsoft suite of programmes (including Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and process driven to meet compliance standards
