We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Housing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing department correspondence, maintaining housing unit package information and providing broad administrative support across the housing department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, track and process all departmental correspondence.
  • Draft, edit and format agreements, letters, memos and reports.
  • Maintain and update housing unit package information.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and records.
