About This Opportunity

Join the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as an Administrative Secretary to provide vital administrative support in person for St. Boniface Community Health services. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations.
This full-time position reports to the Facility and Support Services Manager. Key aspects of the role include managing switchboard tasks, data entry, and maintaining records. The right candidate will excel in communication, as well as have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, while adapting to new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the reception including switchboard services
• Enter and manage data within health programs
• Handle the distribution of mail and office supplies
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
